Quality is at the center of everything we do at D & D Manufacturing. Because
of our continued extensive investment in our engineering and tooling
capabilites, we are able to engineer and construct all of our custom tooling
with full attention to the maintenance of the exacting tolerance
requirements which we are implicit within any engineered stamping
application. In controlling the process from the ground floor up, we are
able to control all critical dimensions with a higher level of confidence
and in the end present our customers with extremely favorable PPM defect
levels.
Within all of our manufacturing processes, we apply statistical process
control techniques in order to ensure our ability to ascertain pruduct
defects on a real- time basis. We offer on- line capabilites to our
customers to view and/ or download statistical data at their leisure,
therefore allowing for the ability to analyze the quality of their purchased
product within the confort of the quality software systems which they may
utilize.
